Dangerous Prayers

I wonder if there's an "Are you real, God?" course that looks primarily at issues of justice and compassion as opposed to the more apologetic or "what does God have for me" type of material. I just really think God answers prayers about the marginalized. Pray and see.

This talk is the result of some of my dangerous prayers. God is giving me a heart and call to the poor that's sort of wrecking my life...in an amazing way. I think the hardest part is knowing how easy it would be to leave it all behind and make myself believe that wasn't really for me. The good thing is that won't be true for long. God, take me to the mess.
